- Coverage: Five (5) years from the date of purchase if the product is registered with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
Two Year Warranty
- Coverage: Two (2) years from the date of purchase if the product is not registered with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
One Year Warranty
- Products: Integrated (virtual) screens are covered for one year from purchase.
Warranty Conditions
- Coverage: If a product is found defective, Modern Flames may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, damage caused by improper installation or misuse, or environmental damage (e.g., storms, floods) are not covered.
Labor Credit (1 Year)
- Covered Products: Labor for service or repair within the first year of purchase.
- Details: Up to $100 in labor credit for one service. Travel or additional fees are not covered.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Void Warranty: If the product is not installed or maintained according to Modern Flames guidelines, or modified with unauthorized parts or repairs.
