Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that we stand behind the performance and reliability of every item we sell.
Five Year Warranty
- Covered Products: All Modern Flames products (when registered)
- Details: Coverage lasts for five (5) years from the date of purchase when registered at www.modernflames.com. If unregistered, standard two-year warranty applies.
Two Year Warranty
- Covered Products: Products not registered within 30 days of purchase
- Details: Coverage lasts for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
One Year Warranty
- Covered Products: Integrated screens (covered for one year from purchase)
- Details: Products are covered for one (1) year.
Warranty Conditions
- Eligibility: Warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized Modern Flames dealers on or after 9/1/2021. Products purchased prior to 9/1/2021 require original invoice or receipt to qualify.
- Warranty Coverage: If a product is found defective, Modern Flames may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Warranty claims are only accepted from the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, damage caused by improper installation or misuse, or environmental damage (e.g., storms, floods) are not covered.
Labor Credit (1 Year)
- Covered Products: Labor for service or repair within the first year of purchase.
- Details: Up to $100 in labor credit for one service. Travel or additional fees are not covered.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Void Warranty: If the product is not installed or maintained according to Modern Flames guidelines, or modified with unauthorized parts or repairs.
